About
This water show was staged at Jiulicang in Wuxi, using magnificent water screens and light effects as its stage to tell the story of a fierce battle between Pan Fei and Professor Qiao in defense of their homeland. The performance not only delivered a breathtaking visual spectacle but also raised profound questions about the future: Will artificial intelligence ever truly possess human emotions? What was the original intention behind creating AI robots? In a future society, can humans and humanoid robots coexist, build mutual trust, and even live side by side? These questions were posed and explored through artistic expression within the show.Through a narrative that transcends time and space, the piece sketched a complex picture of the relationship between humans and artificial intelligence. Using innovative visual language and multimedia interaction, the performance transported audiences into a futuristic world where reality and fantasy intertwined. Here, mist and light merged, technology and art reflected one another, and the audience became not only spectators but also thinkers and participants. In Jiulicang, Wuxi’s very own “metaverse,” spectators followed Pan Fei’s adventurous path, experiencing the infinite possibilities of the future in the symphony of light and water.
