This creation is a tribute to the 75th anniversary of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China. It takes the mascot "Kin Jai" as the protagonist, creating an architectural mapping show that integrates Hong Kong`s local culture and the Olympic spirit. The story follows Kin Jai as he wakes up on Cheung Chau beach, sets off on a fantasy journey by windsurfing, and travels through classic Hong Kong scenes to collect the five Olympic rings: he gains the blue ring amid the atmosphere of Cheung Chau Bun Festival; wins the yellow ring through table tennis under Lion Rock; obtains the black ring while cycling through nostalgic Mong Kok`s neon lights and local snacks; gets the green ring by crossing Victoria Harbour with the Star Ferry; and claims the red ring with fencing on top of a Central tram. Finally, the five rings gather and form the complete Olympic emblem under the bauhinia flower. Based on the stone texture, 3d structure and spatial layers of the building, the work uses technologies such as split-screen, linkage and particle effects to create a visual impact of architectural breathing and deformation. It integrates Hong Kong`s landmarks, folk customs and sportsmanship to show vitality, unity and glory, presenting an immersive light and shadow salute.
