About
This work is a large-scale architectural projection mapping piece created by SKGPLUS for Barcelona OFFF Festival in Spain. The whale embodies the silent, gentle life philosophy of the deep sea. It symbolizes inclusiveness, freedom, solitude and healing, serving as a concrete expression of ocean vitality and the spirit of symbiosis among all living things. Barcelona is an inclusive, diverse and romantic art city on the Mediterranean coast, inherently integrated with nature, colours and creativity. The work pays deep homage to Gaudí`s naturalist mosaic aesthetics, tracing the artistic core of fragmented collage from Park Güell. It reconstructs the special-shaped building surface with naked-eye 3D stereoscopic whale visuals, perfectly integrating ocean philosophy, urban soul and Gaudí`s natural art. With oriental art creativity, it converses with Mediterranean romantic civilization, presenting the poetic expression of eternal symbiosis between nature, life and art on the giant architectural screen.
