About
We designed a vibrant mapping light show at the Caesar’s Palace of Window of the World in Shenzhen, inviting audiences on a fantastical journey. The story begins in a hidden corner of the city, where a mysterious magical house from the 1920s conceals a time machine. One day, a gust of wind awakens the long slumbering machine, which emerges from the magical house to take viewers on a journey through time, traversing different historical and cultural eras of Europe. The time machine carefully unravels threads of history, first transporting viewers back to the era of ancient Roman mythology, evoking boundless imagination about life and the cosmos. Next, it brings them to the grandeur of a Viennese palace ball, immersing audiences in the opulence of royal aristocratic life. Finally, the machine descends upon a dreamlike countryside village in Amsterdam, where idyllic scenery reflects humanity’s pursuit of utopian ideals and artistic excellence. After experiencing these three emblematic eras, the audience returns with the time machine to the magical house, still captivated by the mystery and wonder of European culture. This design not only showcases the richness of history but also invites viewers to reflect on the enduring allure of European art and civilization. With seamless integration of technology and storytelling, this experience leaves a lasting impression, sparking resonance with both wonder and nostalgia.
